For example, using public transport, cycling or even walking. This not only helps the environment but also burns calories and has a meditative effect against stress. Avoid plastic and use a water bottle on the go. Spend your free time in nature, with friends or with a book instead of electronic devices. If you are online then use ecological platforms which support the environment. If you want to buy new things, see if you might not get them used and even save money in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Used as an environmentally friendly alternative to disposable bottles from the supermarket, you not only avoid unnecessary plastic waste<\/strong> with each refill, but also save time and money<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is also the health aspect<\/strong>. Many plastic bottles (including non-returnable PET) not only allow our mountains of rubbish to grow, but often also contain bisphenol A (BPA)<\/strong>. Used items are no less good <\/strong>than new ones. Many things are still sold as good as new because something does not fit the owner or he has not used it. They are also sold cheaper<\/strong>, which also saves you money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dadurch kommen gef\u00e4hrliche Stoffe in unsere Gew\u00e4sser. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neben Taschent\u00fcchern geh\u00f6ren allerdings auch K\u00fcchenrollen, Papier und Klopapier zu den Wegwerf-Papieren. Laut Umweltbundesamt spart die Nutzung von Recyclingpapier pro Kilo<\/strong> 50%<\/strong> Energie <\/strong> bis zu 2,4 Kilo<\/strong> Holz <\/strong>und 70 %<\/strong> Wasser<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Blaue-Engel-Siegel<\/strong> ist eine Garantie<\/strong>, dass die Papierfasern zu 100 %<\/strong> aus Altpapier <\/strong>besteht und dass keine gef\u00e4hrlichen Chemikalien<\/strong> eingesetzt wurden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Am allerbesten ist es allerdings papierfreie Alternativen<\/strong> wie Wischt\u00fccher statt Zewas, Stoffservietten oder waschbare Stofftaschent\u00fccher <\/strong>zu benutzen. Die Stofftaschent\u00fccher kannst du hei\u00df waschen und b\u00fcgeln. Dadurch werden alle Bakterien und Keime abget\u00f6tet und k\u00f6nnen immer wieder verwendet <\/strong>werden.<\/p>\n<\/div>
